Get a referral
Have your physician complete the medical imaging requisition form and fax it to the clinic.

Confirm appointment
A medical imaging clerk will contact patients to book an appointment. Call (604) 984-5775 to change or cancel an appointment.

- Monday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
Closed on Sunday, Saturday and statutory holidays.
