The VGH Centre for Cardiovascular Health is a comprehensive risk reduction program for people with a diagnosis of cardiovascular disease or have experienced an adverse cardiovascular event, such as a heart attack, as well as for people at risk for developing cardiovascular disease. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to empower patients to take control of their cardiovascular health.
