Whistler Mental Health & Substance Use Services is a clinic in Whistler B.C. that provides support to Whistler residents ages 25 or older with mental health and/or substance use concerns. The clinic is located inside Whistler Health Care Centre.
How to access
Call the Whistler Mental Health and Substance Use Services Intake at (604) 698-6455. Our intake team will help connect you to services or information that will best meet your needs.
If you are a doctor or nurse practitioner, you can also send a referral. Please fax a completed Sea to Sky Referral Form to 604-932-6953.
If you are between the ages of 12 to 24 with a mental health and/or substance use concern, please contact Foundry Sea to Sky to access support.
