Long-term care for operators

Long-Term Care Community of Practice

The LTC Community of Practice is a group of people who share a common concern, a set of problems, or interest in a topic and who come together to fulfil both individual and group goals. (Cambridge and Suter 2005)

The VCH LTC Community of Practice will provide a forum to:

  • build connections across the sector,
  • share the wealth of knowledge and experience,
  • showcase innovative practices that homes are proud of,
  • promote best practice and the latest research,
  • explore areas of concern and find solutions together,
  • provide education.

To receive meeting details or to suggest a topic for a future meeting, please email VCH-LTC-Connections@vch.ca
